SPECIAL NOTE! :The Prebate version of the T620/T622 cartridges (the cheaper one and the one you most likely buy for $400 - $450 EACH!) has a chip on it which prevents the cartridge from being reused after it goes toner low You could fill the cartridge with all the toner you want, and the cartridge still won't work thanks to the chip mounted outside of the cartridge.

The Non Prebate version of the cartridge (the more expensive version) does not have the chip and is not needed. (but the cartridge costs $45 - $85 more than the Prebate version)

If you have a Prebate 12A6760 or 12A6765 cartridge 99% of all T620/T622 cartridges sold are Prebate cartridges, there is a cartridge killer chip located on the top of the cartridge. If you refill the cartridge without replacing that chip, the cartridge will not work. Our reset chip "RC-121-LEX" will make your Prebate cartridge work good as new after refilling.

Buy One Reset Chip Per Refill Until we can find a multi-use chip you will need to use our single-use chip (just like the chip on the original cartridge). Our Starter Kits already include the reset chip, however if you want to further increase savings with our Bulk Toner "BT-121" you will need to purchase a reset chip for each bulk bottle of toner purchased.
